OKRs are often described as helping organisation's to be outcome-oriented but the reality is many organisation's that use OKRs are not outcome-oriented. Why?

The process of breaking down the ideas to shorter posts I think makes them more useful as a shareable concept and the referring domains seem to indicate they are being used this way but great to have that validated!
If there's an idea from one of my longer posts that might be better as a shareable nugget let me know - that might be my next target from breaking down into shorter posts!
