Great CTOs Focus on Outcomes
This publication is a resource for technology leaders, CTOs, and other executives responsible for people and technology who want to transform their roles from merely surviving to thriving, from reactive to proactive.
The CTO is one of the most challenging roles in organisations today.
Technology has permeated every aspect of business, and CTOs/CIOs are being pulled in every direction. Users' expectations have increased in this age of technology, where cutting-edge technology resides in most consumers' homes, setting high benchmarks for what is possible.
What has worked for leading technology in the past is not working today, and CTOs are in the hot seat.
If you would like to find a pathway from tactical firefighting to one where you can influence your organisation’s success, Daniel can help you.
Daniel is an experienced software product development leader and can help executives:
Improve focus by systematically deciding what matters and what to say no to.
Improve the quality of decisions being made across the team.
Build empathy across the organisation to provide the breathing room you need by improving communication at all levels.
Win back time to be strategic with practical tactics anyone can master.
Improve their teams' impact by connecting them to their purpose, place in the organisation, and direction.
